CAMPGROUND POLICIES

**PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE SPECIFIC SITES MAY BE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION, THE CAMPGROUND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REASSIGN SITES AS NEEDED TO MAXIMIZE PARK CAPACITY.**

Deposit/Reservations Policy:

  • Credit Card payment required for full payment at time of booking.
  • Failure to show up on reservation day will result in full charges for the length of time booked with no refund given.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund if canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival.
  • Between 48-24 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged 25% of the entire stay.
  • Day of arrival cancels and No shows will be charged the full amount of stay with no refund given.
  • No refunds for early check-out.
  • No refund for cancellations due to weather/ fire or smoke/ bugs/ or any other acts of nature.

Campground Season:

  • We are open year round starting March 2026!
  • Water hookups at RV sites are unavailable during winter months.

Pet Policy:

Pets: There may be a cleaning charge of $50.00 in cabins, if not cleaned up before departure.Pets are welcome, but owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times. CampCDA assumes no liability for injury, illness, loss, or death of any pet while on the property. Pets must be supervised and controlled by their owners at all times, and owners are responsible for any damage or claims caused by their pets.

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times
  • No pets left unattended at campsite, or inside a tent, cabin or RV
  • No pets in the pool area or office.

Guests allowed per site: Most sites allow for a maximum of 6 people except the 4 person cabins and a few of the smaller tent sites, see notes on each site.

Most Tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and 2 cars. Additional tents or cars require the rental of an additional tent site.RV sites all equipment must fit within your site boundaries, tents are allowedCabins allow for a maximum of 1 car. No tents or trailers.Tent/Van Electric sites allow only tents, vans, and truck campers. No Trailers. Guests who arrive with trailers may be refused check-in with no refund given.

Parking Policy:

  • All vehicles must fit within your site. Please carefully read the site dimensions and measure the full length of your equipment before making a booking. All equipment needs to fit within the site you have rented. Any additional parking required is based on first come, first serve space available at a rate of $20/day.

Boat Parking:

  • Unfortunately, there is no boat parking available and would require an RV site reservation.

Check in/Check out:

  • Check out is 11 am for all RV and Tent Sites
  • Check-in is 1 pm for all RV & Tents Sites
  • Check out is 10 am for all Cabin Sites
  • Check-in is 2 pm for all Cabin Sites

Pool Policy:

  • Children under 16 must have an adult present.
  • No toys, food or beverages in the pool area.
  • No smoking in the pool area.
  • No running, no diving in the pool area.
  • No children under the age of 12 in the hot tub! This will be enforced & your child will be asked to leave the hot tub. This is for your child’s safety!!
  • Pool is open 9 am – 9 pm**We will do our best to keep the pool, hot tub, and splash pad open and available for guest use. However, there may be times when these areas are temporarily closed for maintenance, cleaning, or other necessary upkeep.**

Water/Lake Policy:

  • Children should have an adult present when around the water/lake area.
  • Life jackets must be worn while using campground vessels.
  • Guests assume all risk of using campground vessels.
  • CampCDA is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in a campground vessel.
  • We do not have a docking area for motor boats and we do not recommend docking your personal kayaks, rafts, and canoes in CampCDA’s water access. Guests assume the risk of damage or loss of property to vessels docked at CampCDA.

Hiking Policy:

  • Guests assume all risks while hiking in or near CampCDA.
  • CampCDA is not responsible for injury or negligence while hiking.
  • Please be aware of wildlife and falling rocks while hiking.

Garbage Bin Policy:

  • Residential bags only, no boxes and please use our recycling center when possible.

Quiet Time Policy:

  • 10:00pm to 8am. If multiple complaints are received and more than one warning is given, we reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund given. Please keep music and noise low enough that it can’t be heard outside your site. Please be respectful of other campers.

Speed Limit Policy:

  • 5mph at all times throughout park
  • Watch out for other campers

Please be courteous to other campers and families when consuming alcohol.Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, loss, damage or theft of interior of RV or tent.We thank you for cooperation and consideration of other campers around you. If you fail to comply with our rules and regulations we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund.

Operating Season

Open year-round; some limitations may apply during winter months.

Pet Policy

  • Pets must remain leashed at all times.
  • No unattended pets at campsites or in dog park.
  • Pets prohibited in pool area, bathrooms, office, cabins, and any indoor facilities.

Site Capacity & Equipment

  • Most sites allow for a maximum of 6 guests; smaller tent sites and 4-person cabins limited—check site notes.
  • Most tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and 2 vehicles; extras require additional site rental.
  • RV sites require all gear to fit within site boundaries (tents allowed).
  • Cabins allow a maximum of 1 car (No tents or trailers).
  • Tent/Van Electric sites allow only tents, vans and truck campers – NO trailers (Guests who arrive with trailers may be refused check-in with no refund given).

Parking & Boat Storage

  • All vehicles must fit within designated site (Please carefully read the site dimensions & measure the full length of your equipment before booking).
  • Additional parking is $20/day (an additional parking spot can be reserved when you arrive on a first come first serve basis).
  • Boat parking would require an additional site reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out

For Cabins: Check-in: 2 PM; Check-out: 10 AM 

For Tent & RV Sites:  Check-in: 1 PM; Check-out: 11 AM for all sites.

Pool, Hot Tub & Splash Pad Rules

  • Children under 16 must have an adult present.
  • No food or beverages in the pool area.
  • No smoking or tobacco products in the pool area.
  • No running or diving.
  • Pool, hot tub, and splash pad hours are posted at the pool site.

Water/Lake Access

  • Adult supervision required for children near water.
  • Life jackets are mandatory for campground vessels.
  • Life jackets must be worn during the duration of rental.
  • CampCDA is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in a campground vessels.
  • CampCDA does not allow motor boat docking of personal vessels and does not recommend docking personal kayaks, rafts, and canoes in CampCDA water access areas.

Hiking Safety

  • Guests assume all risks while hiking in or near CampCDA.
  • CampCDA is not responsible for injury or negligence while hiking.
  • Please be aware of wildlife and falling rocks while hiking.

Garbage

  • Dumpster provided for campers only. Please use residential bags only, and break down any boxes before dumping.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Repeat violations may result in being asked to leave with no refund given. Please be respectful of other campers.
